Some suggestions I thought of:

  1. Teams should not start with an army. It takes a while to create one and each team should have to use game-time to create an army.
  2. Army inventory/goods should be more clear. Right now, all we know is they get 200 bread.
  3. We should definitely expand to Chester/Worcester and disallow armies except on Stafford soil.

Recruitment should be unlimited. This will test the people of teams. It is a big part of the games and the only check that would need to be made is making sure people are not in both teams. To do this, when the arbitor gives access, he would let the team know that X is on their team or X cannot be on their team because they are on the opposing team.
