Cards played -- Orders
In Shrewsburry the mobile agents should form a group under Dewaugh
In Birmingham we are forming an army. People should defend the power.
In Coventry we defend the power.
Arthur and Lynna should come to Birmingham.

We play 3 bribery cards to get their mercenaries. -3 people for them, +3 people for us
